   Before officially joining the TRW team, translators need to pass a meticulous selection process consisting of an initial interview and subsequent translation test, designed to assess their effective skills and competency. The entry tests are checked and corrected by highly experienced expert revisers.

   Thanks to our dedicated software, your documents are stored on our platform, where only TRW operators can access them.

Absolutely yes, this is one of our strengths. We deliver the translated file in the same layout as the original, ready for printing or digital transmission. Our graphic design department works directly on your documents, without resorting to third-party companies. This means we can offer competitive prices and processing times. Only certified native speaking translators, with at least 5 years’ experience in the translation industry. We want your texts to always be of the highest quality, so we steer clear of impromptu translators.

Simply send an email to the address vendite@trw-italia.com by attaching the material to be translated in a source format (for example .doc, .xls, .indd, etc.).
In the request, remember to specify:

• the target language
• the type of document
• the necessary deadline

Lastly, leave the details of your company for the preliminary contact and final invoicing.
In very little time you will receive a quote with all the basic information. Our sales department will then contact you for more details and to assess every aspect of the project.

The total cost of a translation varies depending on:

• the length of the file (that is, the number of translation pages or words)
• the type of material
• the number of repetitions in the text
• the language combination

When we receive your file, we will accurately calculate the number of words using our internal programs. We will apply a basic price determined by the specific page rates for each single language. The basic price, however, may be further discounted due to repetitions and other text potentially retrieved from translation memories in our possession. Therefore, we advise you to always ask us for a personalised quote, because the price can work out to be much lower than the basic rate.

It depends on how much material there is to translate and the type of documentation. Our translators can process an average of 5 to 8 translation pages per day, up to a maximum of 10/12 translation pages per day for particularly important jobs. We indicate the time frames directly in the quote so that you immediately know when you’ll get the documents back. If you have an urgent translation, don’t worry: our team of project managers has the tools to address every situation.

We make sure you receive the quote and translated material in the shortest possible time, and always in respect of the deadline. If your translation is urgent, however, we can satisfy your request without compromising the quality of the translation. To do so, we have an ace in the hole: an assisted translation software that splits the text into segments and sentences, precisely calculating the number of repetitions. This facilitates and speeds up the translator’s work, allowing them to translate recurring terms and expressions consistently, and only once.
